キャリア教育センターでは、キャリア形成支援及び就職支援を行っておりますが、一部ご相談や支援については、国際教育課との連携により行っております。
留学生においては、下記内容を確認の上、ご相談がありましたら適切な相談窓口へお問い合わせください。

STEP２：キャリア・就職活動について

STEP１の基礎知識を持ったうえで、本学の支援を希望する留学生は以下を確認ください。
International students who have the necessary basic knowledge and wish to receive support from our university should review the following information.
日本においては、世界では稀な新卒一括採用制度が取り入れられ、多くの企業がこの制度にて採用をおこなっております。また、多くの企業が日本語能力試験N2以上を求めています。
特に日本での就職を希望する留学生の皆様においては、卒業・修了までに日本語能力試験N2以上を修得する必要がありますので、日本人学生よりも早々に目標を設定し、修学に影響のないよう情報収集や就職活動を行ってください。
各目標等に対して、下記のとおり支援部署を記載しますので、適切な支援部署を活用ください。
In Japan, many companies recruit new graduates through a mass hiring system.
Additionally, most companies require Japanese language proficiency at the JLPT N2 level or higher. Therefore, if you plan to find employment in Japan, you must obtain a JLPT N2 certification or higher before graduation. Please set your goals early, gather information, and conduct your job search in a way that does not interfere with your studies.
日本での就職を目指し、N2レベルの語学力を持つ学生（キャリア教育センター）
– International students aiming to find employment in Japan who have achieved JLPT N2 level or higher (Contact: Career Education Center)–
キャリア教育センターホームページの在籍生の皆様へのページを十分確認いただき、キャリア教育センターが実施するガイダンスやイベント、個別相談等を活用ください。
ただし、個別相談については、正規正が優先となりますので、非正規正については、夏季休業中にご利用ください。
Please carefully review the “for Current Students” section on the Career Education Center website and make active use the guidance sessions, events, and individual consultations .
Regular students have priority for individual consultations. Non-regular students are encouraged to use of this service during the summer break.
海外又は日本での就職を目指しているが、日本語Ｎ2レベル未満の語学力又は外国語のみの学生（国際教育課）
– International students aiming to find employment overseas or in Japan whose Japanese proficiency is below the JLPT N2 level (Contact: Global Education Section) –
国際教育課が教務情報システムのお知らせ「留学生（inbound）」に掲載している就職ガイダンス、就職セミナーや講座等を受講ください。
Please attend the career guidance sessions, job-hunting seminars, and other events posted “Information” > “Study Abroad Students (Inbound)” on the Ryukyu Academic Information System by the Global Education Section.

在留資格「特定活動（卒業後の継続就職活動）」について
– Status of Residence (Designated Activities (Job Hunting after Graduation)) –
卒業前から継続して行っている就職活動を目的に、卒業後も日本での滞在を希望する場合、所属部局長からの推薦書が必要です。希望する方は、就職活動を行っていることを明らかにする書類を準備し、卒業・修了の3か月前までには所属学部の担当者及び指導教員にご相談ください。
If you wish to remain in Japan after graduation to continue your job search, you will need a letter of recommendation from the head of your department.
If you plan to do so, please prepare documentation confirming that you are actively seeking employment and consult with the relevant staff member in your faculty and your supervisor at least three months before your graduation.
