キャリア教育センターでは、キャリア形成支援及び就職支援を行っておりますが、一部ご相談や支援については、国際教育課との連携により行っております。
The Career Education Center provides career development and employment support for international students. Some consultations and services for international students are offered in collaboration with Global Education Section.
就職活動について – About Job Hunting –
日本においては、世界では稀な新卒一括採用制度が取り入れられ、多くの企業がこの制度にて採用をおこなっております。特に日本での就職を希望する留学生の皆様においては、キャリア教育センターが実施するガイダンスやイベント、個別相談等をご活用ください。
また、多くの企業が日本語能力検定N2以上を求めています。卒業・修了までを逆算し、語学スキルの修得を行う必要がありますので、日本人学生よりも早々に目標を設定し、修学に影響のないよう情報収集や就職活動を行っていただくようお願いいたします。
In Japan, a unique mass recruitment system for new graduates is widely adopted, and many companies hire students through this system. International students who wish to work in Japan are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the guidance sessions, events, and career counselling offered by the Career Education Center.
In addition, many companies require applicants to have Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) Level N2 or higher. It is important to plan your language study in advance, working backward from your expected graduation date. We recommend that international students set clear goals early and begin gathering information and preparing for job hunting well ahead of time, while ensuring that these activities do not interfere with their academic studies.
